• Applications to be duly filled along with a non - refundable fee of Rs.25,000 favoring Artha Financial Services Ltd.
• The balance amount towards your Villa needs to be paid on the basis of the payment schedule.
• Customer needs to enter into sale agreement within 30 days from the date of booking
• All villas will be allotted on first-cum-first serve basis upon completion of sale agreement
• The customer has to bear expenses relating to stamps duties, registration taxes, incidental charges and any deposits to be made to the Govt. bodies.
• All measurements are subject to minor variations without specific or general notice.
• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application received
• The Company shall not be held responsible for any consequences due to acts of nature or force majeure
• Any dispute arising shall be restricted and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore city(Ranga Reddy Courts) only.
